Air filter is an easy job anybody can do that, it's pretty hard to mess up. On my car I need 0 tools and 5 minutes. Spark plugs and brakes are a bit tricky but they can be done with the right tools/knowledge. You need a mechanic friend, I live nowhere near you. Paying labour on jobs at repair shops is expensive. :3
