The Wife of Law

It has been raining literally non-stop since 2:00pm so it’s been going on for ten hours now.

When I was driving home from work, I had to drive through two flooded sections of roads. They were so flooded that police officers were present in case a car got stuck and made sure civilian traffic drove slowly. When I got home, my car’s license plate was halfway off... 

We are under a flash flood warning. That normally wouldn’t concern me but this rain just won’t let up that I fear waters will rise closer to where I live.

I don’t know if I will be able to make it to work tomorrow!
