    I ended up getting into a car accident this afternoon. I was not paying attention, ran a redlight, and T-boned a pickup truck. The other driver was alright but I was taken to the hospital. I managed to walk away with a sprained neck and a headache. My car is...completley out of commission.

    Please be careful when you're driving, guys.

      Car accidents are always frightening when they have such a hard impact like this one. I actually blacked out for roughly 45 seconds post initial hit.

      There are some situations I just lack the words for, this being one of them, I hope any injuries have a speedy recovery, It's comforting to know you got out ok though.

      I'm starting to think I'm in the minority when I get hyped over physics exams because I know they're going to be difficult and near-audibly squee when I see the higher-level questions.

    My mother had been in Mexico for a vacation and she ended up slipping and falling down by the pool. She originally thought that she twisted her ankle but after seeing a physician back here in the states, she found out that she actually fractured it. 

    She now has a cast and one of those... scooter things.

    I ended up getting bit by a dog during my kennel shift. This wasn't an accident, however, as he latched onto my ankle with no intent of relasing it. This dog's intent was to injure me. Thankfully, another staff member was nearby and managed to pull the dog off of me. I walked away with 4 puncture wounds and I am now on a course of antibiotics.

      The thing is, I do not know what set off the sudden aggression. We are considering it to be idiopathic at this point. The same dog had injured their trainer last week as well.

    I have to be at school by 5:00am tomorrow thru next Tuesday... meaning that I will have to leave my house by 4:30am and be awake at 3:00am.

      My school requires all students to attend what is called "kennel care". It entails certain groups of students arriving on campus to care for all of the lab animals used at the school. I just happen to be in group 6...which also happens to be the morning group.

      On a relatively unrelated note, I just noticed how ironic it is that someone who calls themselves 'Venomous' is studying medicine for a career. :P

    I am having one of those days of which nothing is going right. I forgot to bring a lunch to my break so I have nothing to eat, my favorite tea shop is out of my favorite tea, my group was not gotten to today so we have to wait until next Tuesday in order to execute our injection skills, I am tired, and just... Meh.

    I usually go to an Asian restaurant right around the corner of my school during my breaks to order a rose milk tea. I decided to order something different, however, as I figured that I would try something new.

    ...It was awful. Remind me to stick to the usual.

      That's the worst, when you think, "Hey, trying new things is good, right? I should totally give myself the chance to try something different and possibly change my life for the better!", and then, when you actually try something different, you're just like "Bleh. Should've stuck to what I knew I liked."

      Change is so unpredictable.

      Probably why no-one likes it, come to think of it. :wat:

    It hurts having to say goodbye to someone whom you've come to trust and love. However, it is important to retain your self worth and self respect... It can be diffciult to stand up for what you believe in if it means losing somebody even though they were toxic to you. 

    I am proud of myself for making the choice that I did.
