      *Hug* My prayers go out to you. I lost my grandpa Ed earlier this year back in Feburary. So, i'm still going the emotions from that.

    Witnessed a fight break out whilst visiting my aunt. It resulted in an individual falling unresponsive and with a badly broken nose.

      At the veterinary medicine school I attend, all students are requird to participate in "kennels". This entails caring for the lab animals that are housed on campus. This includes 14 dogs, 9 cats, and 5 rats, 5 mice, and 5 rabbits. Students are assigned to a particular ward every time so they get a chance to work with every animal. My assigned ward was the rodent wars, so I was in charge of all of the rats and mice.

    So I came across a small shelf that was being thrown away by a neighbor. I, however, was in need of another shelf in my bedroom so I had asked if I could take it off of their hands. Now that i've out the shelf in my room, I see how just out of place it is and that I really don't like it.

      Out of curiosity, why does it look out of place? Could some spray paint fix it?... Now that I think on it, a can of spray paint might cost more than a new shelf unit now-a-days. :scots:

      It looks so out of place because it is so short. It only comes up to my thighs while my other shelf stands way above my head. I just hate how it stands there...

    I came down with the hiccups for the first time in a year last night. I had forgotten how much I hate them.
