    Got my first of my monthly vitamin B12 injections today. It hurt pretty bad,but I feel pretty good.

      Vitamin B12 is a necessary vitamin that everyone needs, but I get a monthly injection of it because I don't get enough of it in my food or naturally. It's also good for boosting mood/energy, helps prevent heart disease, it helps with the immune system, and it does a bunch of great things for the body.
