  1. My body seems believe that 3.5 hours of sleep was enough,

    I take Trazoodne for sleep and it normally keeps me asleep for 8+ hours. Once in a blue moon, however, it only keeps me asleep for a short period of time. I guess this was one of those nights.

      I think your body got immune to it....  This reminds me of me getting immune to coffee... Now coffee makes me sleepy...

      I could be wrong, but don't think that's your medicine. I think that's just you. Believe me, it happens to lots of people. Even me, and I can't predict it ever. Most of the time, I need all the sleep I can get, and my body will make me regret missing it. But then randomly, maybe once a year at best, it will decide I need little to no sleep at all. As if my body were a bank and I've saved enough sleep tokens or something. :derp:
