Honestly though, the more stressed you get the more nervous you'll be, try your best to relax more.

I get like that whenever I have to say anything in front of a class. Let alone a speech in front of lots more people.

It's just my anxiety disorder makes it so difficult. I tremble, stutter, sweat, etc. and everyone can see me struggling. I usually pop a Xanax before a speech but it doesn't help much.
