I can never really tell if meat is cooked properly or not. I know that it’s obviously not supposed to be bright pink but I was eating ribs earlier and the meat looked both pink and white. It was like a marble pattern.
Yea, cooking meat is kinda difficult. You have to trial and error your way until you'll get the timing right. One day you will be so good at it, you won't even think it was difficult to begin with.
