Just watched the first 2 episodes of Pony Life. It was honestly exactly what I thought it would be: fast paced, lol random humor. I’m not a fan of that and I’m not happy with the direction this spin off went with.

Yeah, it's kinda a mess, character development is poo poo pee pee and everything feels so rushed. I can't say it's bad though, it is what it is - it's like a typical cheesy cartoon, some will like it, some not. I won't say I dislike it, although it definitely isn't as interesting and magical as FiM was and to be honest I'm not really intrigued by it. Maybe I'll watch some more episodes out of curiosity, but I feel like I'll pass at some point.
On its own it's fine I guess, but compared to FiM, the quality went down, a lot. At that point I'd rather watch something else.
