What's the best .rar file opener? :3 I just tried WinZip but it corrupted the files I was trying to unzip -.-

  My computer won't run programs sometimes -.- I use the "New Task" thing in Task Manager and everything and it just never runs. It shows up in Processes but not on my computer or on my task list XD I'll probably have to restart it to actually run these programs, but I'll try both of them if my computer will allow XD :3
