Well, just because unintelligent people are scattered throughout the world doesn't mean that the world is unintelligent. In fact, the vast majority of people are well educated, and the only reason we see so much unintelligent people on the internet is because it allows you to connect with the rest of the world. So you see the unintelligent with more frequency.
