    I'm reading the Tales of Equestria adventure. There is a part where the PCs can walk or get a ride on a cart. The book says walking will take longer. But the cart is pulled by ponies. How can walking be slower than pulling a cart?

    I think I will have steam or electric vehicles in my game. Electricity exists. And what powers the train?

      maybe its because more than one pony pull the cart,(its double the horseponypower)
      yeah, the train is obviously steam powered and there is some decent technology from time to time, consider vynil's equipment

      But a cart is as slow as the slowest pony. It makes it easy to pull gear, but not faster than you walking.
