    You know what the worst designed device is? Old electrical panels! It bogggles my mind how a human with a brain thought these were good designs.

    Netflix has seasons 1 - 3, but the Christmas episode is not listed; it is on Netflix but as a separate thing. I have the last 2 episodes of season 3 left, and that's all Netflix has. I have stopped feeling sorry for Marinette's love problems with Adrien. If she doesn't have the guts to tell him then I have sympathy for her.

    I learned "far out" from Cheech and Chong albums. I think a worse scenario is when people use slang when they aren't excited, but are speaking of mundane things. For example, my brother says he is going to "bounce the laundry." So I am supposed to infer the verb? It's like how the Smurfs have one word for all verbs and adjectives. You smurfing mother smurfer! I try to not use the verb "do" too much. So I say "wash laundry" rather than "do laundry." How do you "do" laundry? We are seeing a dumbing down of society. Or a bouncing smurf of smurf. I was with a friend who was talking to a guy about work. He said someone did a certain job and "made jack." My friend misheard him and said, "oh, he doesn't make jack?" The guy corrected him and said, "No, he makes jack." So to summarize: Making jack = earning a lot of money. Not making jack = not earning much money. Who decided that this is what those nonsensical combination of words would mean? The same person who decided inflammable means flammable?

    I am doing well at my new job. Studying for another license, and plan to get a certification for other career opportunities. I have plans for the future.

    I was able to get some of the NES games to work on a cheaper retro clone, a Yobo FC3 Plus. I wonder if it has to do with the fact that the Retron 5 does a ROM dump. And I got my receiver configured. So now I can play new NES games! As if I had time :dry:.

    My Retron 5 won't play most new NES games. Does anyone else have a problem playing new games on retro clone consoles? I don't want to wear out my old NES.

    I got a brand new Super Nintendo game: Stone Protectors. Came with a cartoon series from Kickstarter. It works on the Retron 5.

    I had ordered some Anime from Amazon Japan about a year ago. It never got shipped until I changed my address from PO Box to physical. Then it got delivered in less than a week. Nice, special editions. Japan knows animation.

      Out of curiosity, how does that work? Just sign into the Amazon Japan site and order or do you go through a third party?

      If the seller ships to your address then you can order from them. If not, you can use a courier like Zen Marketplace. I have used both.

    Also there should be some rules and limits. Otherwise you wonder why someone can't use magic to solve every problem. Especially if you have time travel.

    It's kind of difficult to make an evil character that isn't similar to some older creature from fiction or myth. Those images and ideas influence us to some extent.
