Okay I'm back from playing Pomp and Circumstance at graduation, and I'm pissed.

I mean, not *really* pissed

Just... just a *little* triggered

Twice were we practically forced by social order to participate in a Christian prayer.

Normally I'd be okay with this, but they just kept thanking their god to the point where they were just being bastards.

The thing that doesn't make sense to me is that, in Christianity, you have no clue what your god is doing at any given moment. You could be thanking him for something you're not even sure that he had ANYTHING to do with!

So I'm pissed

Armed Forces Day is tomorrow. My unit's grilling steaks and burgers.

After almost 6 years, today was officially my last day as a grad student! I passed my defense in March, made additions to and turned in my dissertation, and finally finished everything up. Now I just need to find a job... (I'll mention @Truffles in case he's interested in seeing this.)

*Sighs* Now I’ve done it  …

I was having a relatively quiet day today and LOE (Legends Of Equestria) had to piss me off by saying “Not Enough Energy”   ...

…and as a result, I’ve fractured the screen on my laptop…

I have a few options  I can either go back to TAFE and earn $250 a week (which is something I REALLY DON'T wanna do) or take it back to JB-HI-FI (the one where I bought my laptop / PC from) and get them to help me out... 

Luckily, the warranty on my laptop HASN’T expired yet. I bought my laptop back in July 2016 and my laptop IS covered by a 2-year warranty (the warranty for my laptop expires on July 2018), which means…they’ll either fix it free of charge or replace it a new one (which is REALLY good news for me as I CAN'T afford to spend another $1700 on a laptop...and yes, that's how much I spent on THIS laptop), but I have to act quickly…

…and best of all, I STILL have the receipt from when I bought it, so they’ll have to do something about it…

Heck, I remember them telling me that if my laptop has ANY problems whatsoever, I should take back to JB-HI-FI along with the receipt and they'll handle the rest...

I'll simply tell them that when I went to put my screen down, it had a sudden fracture... 

I swear, I'm gonna write a VERY angry letter to Legends Of Equestria after my PC is repaired and tell them to get rid of that STUPID message 

...and in case you're wondering how I managed to post this message, I'm using the Mac downstairs to reach you guys.

Nobody cares about night shift.

I think I'm gonna play Conan Exiles next. No, I can't until I get a new hard drive. Maybe I will get out an old system to play. Maybe PS one.
