"My, my, trying to bait the old kitty cat, are we?" said the ahuizotl with a little chuckle. "Good to see you have at least some spine, though perhaps not exactly the brains I was hoping for..." He glanced into the eyes of each of them. "Now, please call me Cas. That's all you need to know for now. As for your question on where my loyalties lie?" He grinned and traced a shape on the table slowly. "I can assure you I am not your enemy, but don't mistake me for your friend. The girls and I have an agreement." Glancimg at Zeta and Nyx, he leaned on a narrow elbow. "Did I ever say I was the leader? I think not. Your assumptions ring untrue. No, the girls believe in a silly idea called teamwork. I just happen to bear the instructions." Cas laughed a little. "'Instructions', they say, as if we have a choice." He cocked his head and looked at them curiously. "You don't know what they have planned, do you?" he questioned. --- Adar frowned at his tone. "We, this group, are a team," she reminded him. "This one does not wish to assume leadership. Again, what your skills are will determine the choices we do."

movies/tv I dare you to post/watch the most saddest, "so many feels" videos here!
Mephala replied to Dinky Doodle's topic in Media Discussion
If you haven't watched "The Wire", you've never felt the saddest feels before. Dayum. I don't think I've cried that much watching something before. XD Also, the end of Season 3 of Downton Abbey. Holy. Crap. If you haven't seen it, you won't understand it...I felt like something happened to my family. -
No, not really. I'm only really into the fanfiction culture side of this fandom, and I haven't seen anything that's truly blown me away yet either. Even then, I'd only admire that person, because that wasn't them, that was just their art. Unless they put their entire soul into it (like WIll O'Neill, creator of "Actual Sunset", the most heart-wrenching game ever to me), I don't think I could develop any romantic feelings for them.

Please tell me you take requests, because that, for a first try, is amazing. With practice, I think you could be even better. Only problem I can see is the hind legs; bit thin. Besides that, nice!

That wasn't that bad, really. Interesting concept in the fact that she dislikes the show, seeing as people normally write about people that like the show going to Equestria. Question, though-she was painting her nails, and then ran her hand through her hair. Why? It would bung her nail job and her hair up. They couldn't have dried that quickly. ... Yes, I am that nitpicky.

@@Addem Up The ahuizotl leaned back in his chair, clearly relaxed as he stretched his arms over his head. He then reached into a pocket of the bag he was carrying and pulled out a letter. It had the broken seal of the alicorns on it, and the page was fairly crinkled. He slapped the letter down on the table. "That right there, my dear friends, is a request from those idiots you're trying to call rulers." He leaned in closer with a knowing look. "We have an 'important request' from them, though well all know that's just disguising the fact that they can't do it themselves. Now, are you all listening closely? Probably not, judging the dumb looks of all of you, but I'll be-ah, but here's my drink." The bartender had returned with a larger glass this time, and it smelled strongly of alcohol. He handed it to the creature in front of him and bowed, making the other laugh as he drank. However, a frown came over his face, and he stared at the bartender coldly, who quivered even more. "I'll deal with you later," he said, and handed the still-near full glass back, shooing him away and turning back to the group. "Now, are you all ready?"
-
@@Addem Up "You really think the butter knife you're reaching for is going to hurt me?" smirked the ahuizotl. "It appears you're not as cultured as you try to be if you don't know what an ahuizotl is. Clearly those silly self-proclaimed Princesses aren't very clear with you all." He sat down and the bartender brought him his drink. The glass was tiny in his hand, and he drank it quickly, then frowned slightly, looking down at the bartender, who shrank. "I thought I said make it strong," the larger creature said in a soft but dangerous voice. "But I do believe in second chances." He handed the glass back to the pony. "Hurry it up before I make your bar an all-you-can-eat buffet with you as my starting course," Th pony slunk away, near tears, and the cat creature turned back to Addem. "Now, none of you know why we're assembled? Cute," he commented with a smirk.

@ "Right now, the who and why are not of the importance," replied Adar cryptically. "This group must pay attention to the what, the when, the where, and the why, so that we may determine the missing piece, the how." @ Nos nodded tightly. "It's important that we remain unseen throughout this mission, due to the nature of the delivery. The opposing forces overpowering us and taking them could mean disastrous results." He clenched his teeth slightly, clearly not happy with this plan. @@Doc Ginger "As my dear brother spoke, these are not weapons of normal caliber. These are something that may obtain us the advantage," continued Adar, finishing speaking to Aiden. "There may be few, but the damage they cause is many." @ @@Civil Sunset @@Addem Up "As did I," said a booming voice from behind them, and suddenly, seemingly out of the shadows, a massive figure appeared. It was catlike, but it had birdlike feet and strange eyes. The ahuizotl sat on its haunches, looking over the arrivals with an amused stare. "This is the group? Looks more like my morning snack," he said with a small snort, but he was grinning slyly. "And here I thought those silly girls had something interesting for me, the way they harped on." He gestured to the terrified bartender, who came over, and wrapped a sinuous arm around his neck, putting his head close to the pony's. "Now, be a dear and get me a drink, would you?" he said with a smile that showed his rather large fangs. "Anything will do....just make it strong. I don't want to be disappointed..." The bartender squeaked and the ahuizotl winked at him, releasing him to let him scurry away.

Yeah, but it'd be so cool. And I could go off and hang out with Arya Stark. X3 In all honesty, though, for fear of getting killed, I'd probably go into the world of Star Trek. That'd be fun.
-
Oh god oh man oh god oh man...if I had the chance to go into the world of Westeros, I'm not sure if I'd take it or not. I would kinda miss my family, despite our general hatred for one another, but I could go all "Army of Darkness" style on the people there. And I could beat the crap outta Joffrey Baratheon. Hard choice...

@ @ @ "This one is glad to 'see' you are all paying attention," joked Adar, and Nos rolled his own eye. His sister laughed heartily at her own poor pun for a moment, and then, hearing no one else laughing, she cleared her throat and continued. "We all know that these sisters wish to take over our home land, having conquered much land to the west of us, where the dragons reside." Nos pulled a map out of his bag and laid in on the table, the causally walked around the side and spread his massive wings to obscure the group from view. It looked normal, as though he was stopping by to talk to the others, and it didn't draw any attention to them, he noticed in relied. Griffons were common in that town and frequented the bar. Adar dipped her head gratefully towards her brother, and continued in hushed tones. "Our King, the Magnificent, he has ordered this one to convene a group. We the group remain the chosen ones, and because of this, it is even more important that failure is not to happen. "We are ordered to first get a load of weapons to the capitol, this place you call...the Crystal Empire? However, it has been invaded by enemy forces, and it is up to our, how say you, guile to get us through..."

ooc All We Know Is Falling (OOC)
Mephala replied to Mephala's topic in Everfree Planning, OOC & Discussion
Hello everyone! Important announcement. To ensure that the Alicorn group doesn't run off with their own thing and screw everything up, I will be placing a character in that group as well. I am going to use my ahuizotl, I think, but I'm not sure. This will also be in the PM. -
@@Doc Ginger @, "For this, I fear not," said Adar with a small shrug, swiveling her eyes in his general direction. "For the southerns that have invaded our land, they are, how do you say, popular among the masses." For the first time, Nos spoke up. "We're here for a reason," he said rather gruffly. "What that is, perhaps we don't know, but it'll be clear later, I'm sure." "Patience is key in battle," agreed his sister. "And we must be very quiet and lie down so that we are not disturbed by those who follow the abominations." She closed her eyes and spoke more quietly. "Now that we are all assembled, it is about time we begin...for we have been receiving a job of large importance, and this group, we must perform it to perfection. Are you all listening?" (OoC: I need to have a character in the Alicorn group so that I can keep an eye on you guys and make sure you listen to me. I'm brining Cas in.)
