      Just like you can work on your judgement. If you're deficient in judgement, then it was your choice not to work on it. So, in other words, they are ignorant.

      And that's the problem. Is lack of will ignorance or are they just nor interested in something that doesn't appear as necessary. Kant's biggest problem was that psychology started to become important decades after he died. And most people even make mistakes in terms of that today when they try to judge other's actions.
