Training is supposed to be tedious, not quick and simple.

I turned the exp share off after the second gym, but then, out of a sudden, the trainers in the next cave had Pokemon that were three levels stronger than mine. I had to turn it on again, so I had a chance. That's imbalanced as hell.

Wow that's crazy. Now the game is too easy. Honestly, I thought they nailed the exp system in Black and White. The higher level Pokemon you defeat compared to your own level, the more exp you would get.

It might make it easier to level up Pokemon so you can evolve them all and fill up the PokeDex, but while you're still running through the main quest, it shouldn't be that easy. :/
