      Yes but as a race it would be far more convenient if all of the generals and commanders outside of the queen all look the same as it would make it very hard to target or assassinate the ones they need to keep the operation going, and even after that they can change to look like what they like so evolution would have no need in developing specific features to make them stand out to others
