@@Leafeon,@@Vaporeon, @@Umbreon, "Yay! Très bien, Jeanne!" Abigail said, scooping up her krabby in a hug. The krabby pushed away and snapped its pincers irritated "koo!". "Heheh, no need to be embarrassed, mon'amie." She said, as she put it down. She brought her hand up to her cheek contemplatively, "huh... wait a minute, I wonder were the others are... I hope nothing happened back there without me." Thankfully, her musings were answered by a certain boy coming up from behind. Abigail happily turned around and waved at him, "Oh, bonjour, Elias." She looked around, "umm, no, I haven't even seen Cilla. I thought she would be with you." She giggled nervously as she scratched the back of her head, "also, sorry I ran on ahead like that. An emergency came up..." "Koo-ky!" The krabby cooed, and Abigail brought her attention to it. "Oh, but I did spend my spare time here, wisely, though!" She picked up the krabby and held it out proudly towards Elias, "I trained Jeanne in some new techniques!" "Koo!"

@@Umbreon, Abigail stared awkwardly and absentmindedly as the nurse apologized to her. In time, a chansey came and brought a tray with her pokeballs, and she snapped out of her stupor and grabbed them, bowing slightly in appreciation of the chansey's help. She clipped the pokeballs to her belt, and looked around. "W-wait? You said the gym leader was injured, that'd be Morty, right? Aww... he's why we came here in the first place... well, thank you, Nurse Joy." The girl walked towards a seat in the corner of the pokemon center, taking the moment to relax. She let out a sigh, wondering what was going on. Her head perked up, however, at a thought, and she reached for her holo-caster. "I was so busy yesterday... since I have the time, I probably should call her now." She quickly navigated to her contact list, and started an audio only call, bringing the device up to her ear. She didn't want it on speaker mode; best she have some degree of privacy, and there was some background noise going on with all the busy medical attention. Hanging up the phone, Abigail stood up, spirits lifted. She picked up her krabby, and walked to leave the pokecenter. She inhaled a deep breath upon leaving, and looked down at the pokemon in her arms. "Now, let's get to work..." She looked around the street, trying to find a relatively private spot in the city to train her pokemon. She pointed in a seemingly arbitrary direction, "over there!" She bounded away, ready to consult her pokedex as to how to teach her krabby some new moves. ((Bubble beam will be replacing Bubble. Mud shot replace Mud sport, and Metal claw replace vice grip))

@@Umbreon, (I apologize for the delay) Scooping the pokeballs off the ground, she turned to her krabby and clefairy, "sorry you two, time is of the essence!" She returned them to their pokeballs. She figured she could keep her vulpix out, as it was riding on her shoulder and would not slow her down. She turned north, and with a inhale of air, she took off running towards Ecrutek city. "Oh, wait, I'm leaving Cilla, Elias, and Al behind, aren't I? Awwww. I hope they catch up." She ignored anything and anyone who might have been in Ecrutek, and stumbled into the pokemon center. She put her hands on her knees and caught her breath, before coming up to the counter, "aide, s'il te plait." She said, exasperated, to the nurse as she set her pokeballs on the counter.
  4. @@Midnight Scribbler,@, @@Evilshy, @@SilverHeart, @@Golbez, Gardenia felt relieved as Sunset invited her along to go shopping later, but was rather surprised when she took the seat next to her. Not disappointed, though she had expected Emerald to take the seat, just, surprised. Shortly, the rest of those accompanying her had taken their seats, and she took the moment to consider the hall she was in. There was a few shady figures up in the balcony, and a hooded figure on the stage. She was mistaken, apparently, as they had caught the magician practicing her performance. A pleasant surprise. As for the performance itself, it was rather... odd. Gardenia stared blankly as the apparently wooden puppet moved about, and was a bit creeped out. The movement of the marionette was off-putting, but as the stunt continued on, its movements became more fluid. Her heart skipped a beat when it came up to the audience, but internally sighed in relief as the puppet stopped by Emerald instead of her. She was caught by surprise, however, when the puppet, or rather mare, kissed Coat Tail. The whole performance was just rather confusing, but quaint. Certainly worth the trip, at least. Somehow, the puppet-girl got herself tangled, and then tangled Sunset aswell. Everypony else was trying to help the girl out of the mess, but Gardenia could only stand back and watch. She certainly wanted to help, but she had no idea how she would go about doing so. Feeling a bit embarrassed by that, she just sheeply settled into her seat some more. "Oh dear, I'm not making the best impression, am I? But, what am I to do? I can't handle untangling those strings by hoof, and the most logical solutions have already been suggested..."

However, as the heracross continued on wards and smacked into the tree, the girl looked on in concern. To make matters worse, the heracross jostled about three pokemon out of the tree, and Abigail audibly screamed as she saw the angered pinecos glow. She recognized this move, and was in no way a fan of it. She hurried forward as the heracross was blown back, and she knelt down beside it as tears formed in her eyes. "Non non non!" She shook her head as she bawled her eyes out. She sniffled as she turned her attention to the fallen pinecos as well, "oh no, this is all my fault! I-I'm so sorry!" The clefairy walked over to its trainer, surprisingly with concern on its face. It didn't like seeing its trainer like this, and even the prideful pokemon had to admit she was at least partially to blame for it this time. It tugged at its trainer's blouse, "clef-fay... clef..." Abigail tried wiping some tears from her face before turning her head to the clefairy, "eh? I-Isabella..." The clefairy shook its head, and then pointed to itself, "ry!". "But, Isabella... no, it's not your fault... I'm your trainer, I'm supposed to teach you how to act, and I'm responsible for your actions!" She looked back at the several injured bug pokemon before her, "I'm responsible for this happening... so, so that means I have to do something about it!" Abigail picked herself up and dusted herself off, and though the tears had stopped flowing she was visibly trembling. The vulpix on her shoulder licked her face, "vul...". "It's alright, Alonzo, I think I know what I should do." She pulled out a set of pokeballs from her pack, and nodded her head determinedly before tossing one at each of the fallen pokemon.

The blow hit the clefairy, who was right beside the kneeling Abigail, squarely in its torso, and was knocked over onto its back whilst Abigail fell backwards out of surprise. "-Ryyy!" the clefairy cried out in pain, and Abigail stood up, "oh no, Isabellla! Are you alright?" The clefairy picked herself up off the ground, "clef... clef-fay!" The clefairy was panting. This enemy was clearly rather strong, and all of its anger was towards the clefairy. Abigail turned her head at the vulpix, "eh? Alonzo?" The vulpix looked at its trainer, "vul...", it said trying to get its trainer to regain her composure, "ah! Um, yes... right! Oh well, she did give me something new to keep in mind." He turned his attention back to Jacques, "hmm? Oh, well I intend to challenge the gym here, of course." He stated matter-of-factly, "assuming that there is one." He started walking down the street, confident Jacques would be following along, "though, I might not rush over there right away. The first was his growlithe, who Cecil had met back home in Lumiose, and the other was his most recent catch, his croagunk. Said croagunk rolled her eyes at the remark, clearly remembering the incident quite differently from what her trainer described. "And, that girl did invite me over to the Seekers building here; I will most certainly stop by there before taking on the gym." Cecil stopped in his tracks, however, when he noticed a crowd gathered around the street he was on. "Hmm? Now what is this about?" @@Vaporeon, @@Umbreon, Gallin looked at the strange boy, a thoroughly bewildered expression on his face. Said boy was pointing at each of Gallin's scars, and commenting on them, attributing their origins to names the half-orc gabite morph was unfamiliar with. He got one from Sharp-Bug, another from Fierce-Cat, and the last the scrawny boy had pointed out was from Flying-Fire-Lizard. Whatever these 'Scyther', 'Zangoose', and 'Charizard' were, Gallin would very much like to know; primarily so that he could hunt them down. "Me, Gallin." The brute repeated, irritated. This little boy was clearly not who he was working with. Surely he was just the spawn of one of the other fine warriors gathered by Shade. Or, at least, that's what Gallin thought before he looked at the rest of the gathered individuals. Was this a 'prank'? Gallin heard about those once; he didn't quite understand the concept. Regardless, these certainly aren't the kind of people Gallin was expecting: puny men, and even some womenfolk. Had Shade deceived him? To make matters more disreputable, Shade had excused himself, and left one of the slim, shady fellows in charge. This person, Lhee as Shade had called him, was who Gallin was supposed to expect to follow? Gallin kept his suspicions to himself; he chose to trust Shade up till this point, and if he backed out now, he might seem weak. He'd much rather carry this 'team's' burden all by himself then for them to think he wasn't capable of such. He picked up the Fire-Pig he had dropped on the ground, grumbling in regret that he had gone to such lengths for such an ungrateful and pathetic lot, and started to walk down the same path that Lhee had, not paying any of the others any mind. He wasn't interested in getting know any weaklings, after all.
  9. @@Leafeon, @@Antismurf9001, "Oh, yes, Scout is a most faithful companion of mine." Cecil said in casual response to Comet's remark. He was indeed proud of all his pokemon, and some would say that he had an 'authoritative' style as a trainer. Thus, whenever his pokemon did obey his commands, he was quite pleased. The growlithe was also quite pleased, as the girl scratched it behind the ears much like another friendly girl it had known back in Kalos. The growlithe was caught unawares when the snivy popped out, however, and looked questioningly at it while it was growled at, "grow?". "For as young as he is, he is quite an exceptional little pokemon. I can hardly imagine how he'll be once he evolves; though, I heard such a process requires a stone. You like fire-types, right? You wouldn't happen to know where I could find a fire stone for him, would you?" Cecil asked; if he couldn't get any answers from the girl about who she was or who the Seekers were, he could at least inquire about something she seemed to have a great interest in. Cecil and his pokemon felt as the boat pulled into the dock, and the sandslash resting in Cecil's lap looked up at its trainer, "-slash?" Cecil looked down at it, and laughed gently as he petted it, "yes, partner, we've arrived. We can get off this boat now." He also flashed a smile at his croagunk, given that he was in such a good mood. The croagunk looked confused for a moment, but then turned its head away, "-gunk." Cecil held his Sandslash in his hands, careful to not rest its spikes on his chest, and stood up from his seat, "welp, looks like we've arrived at Castelia. I'd love to continue our chat should we both be walking in town, but I must get off this boat right now, for my sandslash's sake." The sandslash nodded its head. Cecil took a moment to consider Jacques, "oh, and you're welcome to come along with me too, if you are so inclined. I'm sure Scout would appreciate being with his new buddy." Cecil stepped off the boat, whilst his growlithe licked Comet's face before hopping off her lap to catch up with its trainer. His croagunk followed along behind, reluctantly. @@Umbreon,@@Leafeon, @@Vaporeon, @, (including all yall in the post, cuz you're all on the same route, so... yeah. Just in case.) Abigail's eye widened as she saw the very large, very pink beetle fall out of the tree. "Hweh?" She gasped, before widening her mouth in a giant smile, "la vache!" She exclaimed, using a more colloquial expression than she typically allowed herself to use; she had a reputation back in Lumiose of having a rather loose tongue, and she had made the conscious decision to try and speak more 'lady-like'. Her expression quickly turned to one of terror, however, as she noticed the heracross giving her and Isabella a mean glare. Abigail shook her free hand, "wow wow wow, hold on, wait wait wait!" She set her krabby down, and she let out a sigh, "alright, now." She inhaled deeply, "please don't attack us!" she knelt down on the ground, pleading the heracross mercy. Her clefairy looked at Abigail bewilderingly. "Clef?" The clefairy scolded her; this was not how to handle this situation. Abigail looked at the clefairy, "what are you saying, Isabella? This was your fault!" "Clef!"The clefairy felt insulted that her trainer could in any way construe the angry pink heracross as her fault. "Well, it is! You could of just let it be! But, nooooo, you had to go up and attack. Now, apologize!" Abigail put her hand on the back of the clefairy's head, and pushed it down to a kneeling position, "say you're sorry, Isabella! Or no more snacks for you!" The clefairy gave its trainer a stink eye; ever since they got here in Johto, its as if though her trainer had gone insane. Why did she feel the need to catch so many new pokemon when she already had such a great one? Why did she insinuate the clefairy's actions as improper? Why, for Arceus's sake, did she allow other pokemon to eat her food? Why, the very nerve of it! Still... it was a very real threat, so the clefairy acquiesced to its trainer's outrageous demands, "clef... airy..." It said to the heracross. The vulpix on Abigail's shoulders looked on in mild confusion. Was her trainer insane? That wild pokemon was clearly prepared to rush at them, it was clearly very angry. Simply apologizing to it wouldn't work... or would it? The vulpix didn't know these things, but it stared at the heracross, watching its movements so as to prepare a counter attack in the event that it wouldn't.

Its trainer was clearly blind! Not that the clefairy's trainer seemed to notice. It was as if though their actions were so rude, it created an audible buzzing sound to ring in the clefairy's ears. "Clef?" The clefairy questioned, realizing the sound wasn't just her annoyance with the two inferior pokemon, who left their trainers unbidden. The clefairy looked around, and its ears twitched as she tried to determine the origin of the sound. A giant tree! The clefairy stomped over to the giant tree, leaving its trainer behind, unbidden. But it was alright for Isabella to do it. She was the exception, and didn't need to be shackled by the same etiquette as inferior pokemon. The clefairy looked up at the tree, and let out a cry of its disarming voice to get whatever the hell was causing it to shut up already. "Koo?" She thought it rude to eavesdrop, but it's not as if though they were whispering, so she justified the act to herself as something they were expecting her to hear. She hadn't thought particularly suspicious about the ride to Bloodwell, but now that Sunset mentioned it, it did rather bother her in hindsight. "A cloak?" Gardenia thought to herself at Emerald's mention of it, "hmm, perhaps, well, maybe I could... no, no, that'd be odd. Wouldn't it? Besides, I'm sure Emerald has enough bits on her to get her own, I needn't get her one. Me getting her one as a gift, no, that'd be superfluous. And weird. Why would I? Though, come to mention it, I could probably do with one myself... I didn't think to pack some warmer clothes, and it could get chilly in the night." Then, Sunset offered to accompany Emerald in shopping for that cloak. Gardenia halted trotting along for a moment, "Oh, dear. She does seem rather keen on spending time with Emerald, doesn't she?" She caught herself, and picked her pace back up, "um, not that there's anything wrong with that... why, I would like to go shopping with her, too." Gardenia's thoughts paused at that, but she clarified to herself, "to pick up somethings for myself, of course. Yes. Mainly for that." She cast a sidelong glance at the two other mares, smiling at each other in their conversation, and she felt the desire to speak up, "shopping, you say?" She managed to say in a cheerful tone, before reconsidering how she was going to follow that up. "It would be odd of me to invite myself alongside those two, on something they've arranged. Together. That'd not only be odd, but rude, right?" "Well... that's nice." she uttered in a rather feeble attempt to seem not too interested. Walking into the theater hall, she spared a glance at the advertisement. "Tomorrow night? Oh, hopefully I'm free then, and hopefully so is..." her thoughts stalled as she took a seat for herself. She sat at the end of the row, and only had one seat beside her. "anypony else? Yes. Not anypony specifically. Why would I be picky?" She looked back at the other three ponies, who had not taken their seats yet, and smiled casually at Emerald, hoping that the expression would be enough to invite her to take the seat next to her. "Oh, Emm?" She uttered, as the setting she found herself in reminded her of something the stallion who greeted their arrival at Bloodwell had said, "am I mistaken or did Red Cask mention a magician who practiced here in the mornings? Shame we missed her today, isn't it?"
  14. @@Leafeon,@@Antismurf9001, Cecil took a seat beside the girl, "She's seems a bit jumpy... hmm..." He silently observed, and smiled back at the girl. This was an opportune moment, Cecil figured, to learn more about Unova and specifically the Seekers organization. He rather regretted not having such an opportunity the day before, though that freed him to have the time to progress rather impressively in his ambitions. Yes, as determined Cecil was to prove himself as a pokemon master, he had always held talking to new people and learning new things to be one of his favorite past times. Unable to control the pace he was going at whilst on this boat, he now had no conflict between these two pursuits. "It must have been an awfully busy day for you, then. I don't recall anyone besides you to help with that task. I wouldn't blame you if you didn't recognize me or my acquaintance here," Cecil said, glancing towards Jacques, "though, I must say I admire the discipline required to carry out such a task, all while maintaining a smile on your face." He stated as a compliment. He knew that extracting new information was generally easier when the informant had a favorable impression of him, and a degree of flattery, less extreme then what he had utilized in his most recent gym battle, was a useful tool in acquiring such an impression. Meanwhile, Cecil's pokemon were each reacting to being on the boat differently. The croagunk maintained an air of indifference, the gentle tilting and bobbing of the vessel bothering it little given the fighting-type's innate sense of balance. And, besides, it didn't want to show any weakness to its trainer, lest it never hear the end of it. It kept itself closer to Cecil than any of the other passengers, but not too close. The growlithe was happy, as it pretty much always was. Being a fire-type, one would assume that being on a water-bound vessel would make it uneasy. Rather, it simply didn't seem to consider that it would be in danger if it fell off. It just wanted to play some more with the mienfoo, and so it went up to it and barked, "lithe! lithe lithe!", at it, wagging its tail in excitement. Finally, the sandslash was very much perturbed by the situation. When Cecil sat down, it poked its trainer's leg to divert his attention away from the girl. "hmm, what is it Warden?" Cecil said, turning his head towards the sandslash. The pokemon tapped its claws against each other, looking away bashfully, "s-sand..." It felt embarrassed, but it was genuinely afraid and wanted its trainer's comfort. Cecil simply smiled at it, and picked it up, setting it on his lap. He petted its head to comfort it, and then turned his attention back to the girl. "Anyways, I wanted to properly express my gratitude. That pokedex you gave me has proven itself useful already; it informed me of just the right technique to teach my new croagunk. Without it, I fear I wouldn't have beaten the Virbank Gym Leader. This was exciting, Gallin thought. He never knew many people, he had always felt himself alone in this world. But, the thought that there was others like him, others like that Shade. He resolved that he had to make a good impression. He had gone to great trouble to prepare a gift, most extravagant, for his new compatriots. Surely such fine warriors would appreciate his offering. He made his way to the town square, and perked up his posture from a hunched over one to stand at his full, and impressive, stature. He heard voices, and saw a group of people, though Gallin didn't take the time to consider any of them on an individual level, his heart racing at an incredibly high pace. At about half a dozen meters away from the group, he dropped his peace offering in front of him. "Me, Gallin. Bring gift." He said in a thunderous and baritone voice. At a closer inspection, one would notice what exactly this gift was. A plump, fully-grown, and quite dead Emboar.
  22. Why beta, though? Alpha and Omega is a term in itself, no other greek letter would fit in as a third game. Furthermore, the logos of Team Magma and Team Aqua are of Omega and Alpha, and there is no team for Rayquaza.
  23. First off, that pic isn't at all accurate to the fairy typing that is present in Gen VI. Presenting such misinformation could cause confusion, and calls into suspect the rest of your argument. Secondly, well, Xerneas clearly ain't no sprite, dawg. Nor Sylveon, nor Togekiss, nor Gardevoir, nor Mawile, nor Mr. Mime...
  24. no, actually, an Emerald remake is highly unlikely. Crystal and yellow never got remakes, after all.
  25. Its species is Fairy. In the same way that Rhydon is the Drill Pokemon. They've always been fairies. If you couldn't, and still can't see them as fairies, then I can only suggest that your perception needs re-calibration. I didn't mention anything about egg groups. (who da 'ell is Carl)
