      yeah but for a not optic connection 5mb is pretty fast. also, i live in the middle of nowhere. if i leav my house i literally walk for about 200 meters and i would be standing in the north sea. nobody cares about good internet out here. (sadly)

    i hate school... i spent 2 years perfecting my autoCAD skills, and now they started using SolidWorks, so i basically trashed 2 years of studying autoCAD....

      well i can still draw a crankshaft perfectly fine in SolidWorks, if that's what you're referring to. but the files and directories are all so messed up an just... wrong :c

      Yeah it translates to Mechanical Engineering exactly. Also if they're the same why not just take the time to learn solidworks? If its pretty much the same it shouldn't take 2 more years.

      After all, that's why they're teaching you different tools. In industry, you can't whine when company decides to use Oracle while you've been learning MySQL for years at school, and things always change in industry. They're basically teaching you to be flexible and to adapt to changes. Tools are no excuse. They pay you, not your computer. ;)

      it's a DWG file, is there a special way to load this into SolidWorks? i tried just loading it but that didn't work...
