Well, for several reasons I guess. And yep, just about all of us do! A lot of houses have tornado shelters or safe rooms where a room is built underground and heavy cement doors keep the tornado out. But the main reasons we stay here are because of family and their ancestors have lived on that same land (I think it's more of a pride thing), jobs, there are several military bases there and you can't really move from those if you're stationed :<

A lot of them like to say "We've lived through 'em and we'll keep living through 'em!" Okies are

some badass people that have lived through a lot, so tornadoes are nothing new to them. With all of these super distructive ones going on lately I wouldn't be surprised if many of them did move away :C

well.. the only good thing about a tornado is the nice sight, if you see one in the distance ( i think )
