      @Oni EquineI have to agree with you, tho I think they were going for a nostalgia vibe here with a modern twist maybe a la American Horror Story.

      There's actually an earlier Are You Afraid of the Dark Intro from the beginning in 1990. The grainy details and budget ironically make this scarier in it's own way, even if it comes off as a bit odd:

      I don't even remember that intro. :ButtercupLaugh: It doesn't even look like the intro to a TV show, it just looks like the opening act of a movie; at least until that somewhat funny ending.
      According the comments, it's a VHS exclusive. I think it might have also been a demo opening or some kind of test footage. Either way, I was surprisingly engaged.
