    PC only, nowadays. I still own a 360, and a 3DS, but they no longer get any use whatsoever ... well, maybe the 3DS on occasion (for Pokemon), but otherwise I stick to PC.

    Mostly to express myself, share my interests and experiences, etc. Plus out of any other website I've visited, this one seems to be the most friendly and accepting, so I feel most comfortable hanging around here.

    Getting/making a proper 1920x2160 wallpaper (dual-monitor setup, top/bottom because the second one doesn't tilt like my main does, so side-by-side is a no-no) I like is gonna be a challenge. x_x

    I kinda feel like I'm gonna be sick. Bleh. Nothing's come of it so far, but I feel like it's gonna happen eventually ... kind of annoying. If yer gonna do it, then do it already, quit wastin' my time! Aside from that though, my mood is as good as usual.

    Indeed, very much so! And, I second that recommendation. Alright, given that this is my own thread, I should probably post here as well. :3 I'm still fairly new to the genre myself, mind you, but I'm looking to try out more visual novels over time. That being said, here's a short list of the ones that I have played/read, and my thoughts on them: - Sakura Spirit - Sakura Angels - Planetarian ~The Reverie of a Little Planet~ - Long Live The Queen - Fading Hearts I'm also interested in checking out Nekopara at some point, as it looks very ... interesting ... Oh, and Sakura Fantasy as well, which I believe is on Steam Greenlight right now. =^.^=

    Visual novels. I don't tend to see much mention of them around here (as far as I'm aware), but I know there's others out there who like them and all. So, I wanted to make a thread about 'em, and a quick search didn't bring up anything, sooo here we are. If there really is another thread just like this, then I humbly beg your pardon! Do you play/read visual novels? Which ones have you played/read? Your favourites? Any you're looking forward to? Etc. EDIT: If you don't know what a visual novel is, just check out the Wikipedia page. That should hopefully give you an idea of what they are. :3

    My handwriting has always been bad, and it's probably a lot worse now that I hardly write anything anymore. So, typing is more my thing, because ... well, it doesn't look like ass, and it's a lot quicker for me, among other things. :3

    Replaying X-COM: UFO Defense again ... damn game hasn't changed a bit since I last played it. First mission = terror site? Check. Soldiers can't aim? Check. Almost entire team is killed? Check. Only one survived. The one known as Starter Six, rather than return to the ship for extraction, continued to hunt down the final Cyberdisc on the map. The same Cyberdisc that'd killed many of her fellow agents. The same one that took a grenade, 10+ rifle rounds, and maybe ~3 laser pistol shots (I wasn't counting) without breaking a sweat. Positioned on the second floor of a partially destroyed building, she destroyed it with a single well-placed shot from a laser pistol she'd picked up from one of her fallen comrades, emerging victorious against all odds. Despite the mission pretty much being a failure, seeing that thing explode felt pretty great. =^.^=

    CS:GO sounds like it could be fun. I can possibly see myself ... giving it a GO I so very humbly beg your pardon ... *Ahem* I don't do much online play, most of the time it's just offline w/ bots for me. Regardless, I might be confident enough to stop by, if I'm not feeling too shy. =^.^=

    I don't. I used to do it back in my earlier days IIRC, but I think I had trouble coming up with 'unique' responses for each thread, so eventually I stopped. :|

    Bringing back this thread with my first major-feels moment since my last post. If you recognise my current avatar and sig, you probably already know where I'm going with this. Just yesterday, I finally decided to go through one of the visual novels that'd been sitting in my Steam library since December. 'Planetarian ~The Reverie of a Little Planet~' it was called. I wasn't planning on doing it all in one sitting, but I didn't wanna 'break the mood' by stopping, so I just stuck with it to the end. At four in the morning ... Anyways, shortly after the 'final sequence' bit began, I just ... became a complete mess, and I stayed that way even after I finished. Haven't experienced anything like that since Angel Beats!, as described in my previous post. Now it wasn't as bad, but it was still pretty bad (think of it like this; if AB=10 on the feels scale, then Planetarian=8.5, or something along those lines).

    I pulled off a dank xXx_MLG360qUiCkScOpeE_xXx in CoD:AW once. On that one map ... Solar, I think it was called. I was being silly MLG as I double-jumped from one of the tanks in the center of the map, spun around #yolo style, pulled up the scope (quickly, of course), and somehow managed to get one of the two guys I was targeting on the catwalk. I died right after, but still.
