Never really took the time to clean out old posts from my tumblr profile... Took me two days just to clean out a year's worth of posts and it was only the year I joined the site too!!! Still got a few years to go through, kinda nice re-visiting old memories though!!!

Had an awful day at work today. It started alright but then my boss asked me something, I thought she was asking if I was cleaning any cutlery(which I wasn't) I said no but then she got mad at me and said she'd fire me the next time I waste a load of dishes like that. I guess she wasn't asking for cutlery? She was probably asking if the racks I left were run through the dishwasher empty or something like that? So I wasn't able to clear up the situation AT ALL with her because after that she actively avoided me. She even went to the lengths to not go through my work area to leave the place I work at today. To me, this whole situation is a sign for me to quit, I've been mulling it over for a few months now anyways.
Another problem with this lady in particular is that she always doubts me. If I hadn't lived the life I have already I wouldn't be so perturbed over that little bit but at the same time, it was one of my mom's favourite tactics to abuse me growing up and living with her as an adult. Like, she would doubt or question me so often that I always doubted myself because of it, which now I still have that problem because of it. Anyways, my boss will ask me quite a bit while I'm working if I've done this or that which makes me think to myself "Wait... Did I actually do that or no?" which can sometimes be triggering for me.
Besides the core staff, this place seems like one of those places that chews people up and spits them out when they aren't pleased with them anymore or when they get nothing out of them anymore. My boss also deadnames me sometimes and she acts like she did it on "accident" but I think that isn't the case for her. For those of you who aren't familiar with the term, "Deadnaming" is when you use a trans or nb person's old name instead of their preferred name, ultimately it's considered highly disrespectful and doesn't properly acknowledge someone's identity. She just looks at me, like she's trying to see my reaction, like this is some damned game to her.
Also, she's an older woman and is slower. Everything around her seems to slow down and she always gets mad at me because I'm taking too long but most of the time it's because she asks me to do something that takes time away from doing dishes. Does she not understand that I can't be in two places at once?? She also constantly tells me to go faster even though no one during my time there has told me HOW to go faster. Even if I did go faster, I'd still be making the same mistakes other people do when going faster. I'd rather go slower and ensure everything that goes through that machine is completely cleaned instead of leaving bits of food on things. It's like they're giving me a destination without giving me directions??? She also gives very short explanations for what she wants done, which means I have to redo that thing again when it doesn't meet her exact expectations and then she doesn't properly tell me what to do just gives me the same thing she said before, sorry I'm not a mind reader!!!
So yeah, my day kinda sucked and my job is now threatened because I misheard something and I haven't had the chance to clear it up with her. Honestly, what does she expect me to do? Hear properly even though I'm standing next to a loud machine? I'm also not 100% focused on everything that happens in the kitchen so sometimes I can't hear what people say properly. I probably shouldn't have assumed what she said even though I seriously thought she asked for cutlery but still I want to quit this job. I hate having to dread going to work, this is not how I imagined my life would come to at this point.

I’m sorry I haven’t been on lately!! Got swamped at work last week and there’s a cable I’m missing for my new gpu so I haven’t been able to go on the computer much lately either so I’m on mobile instead!!! Hope you’re all doing well!

Well shoot, no Animal Crossing in this direct.... I think I'll just focus on drawing my dream town, or at least writing it down somehow. Better luck next time, I suppose...

Waiting for the Nintendo Direct to come on, I REALLY hope they have some info on Animal Crossing!!!!! I get the feeling that one or two other games will be taking up most of it and ac will just be given a small thirty second video or something...

I watch digit too, but I like my digital information to be on an optical disc.
The rescanned all the film to HD and recomposited the special effects. The did something similar to the original series too. I wanted DS9 and Voyager on DVD but it was a small TV. Now I need to rewatch on the nice TV I have.
I have been reading the books for decades. I have read over 400 I think.

I keep barely avoiding snowstorms, what's up with that? This is the third time since it started snowing that I've avoided the brunt of a storm... When I was walking home, the wind was picking up and it was starting to snow a little bit. Now that I look outside there's a veil of snow out there and it looks really windy. I guess I've just been lucky?????
