      While that may be true..there still is a stereotype when it comes to bronies. I still get teased about being less of a man because I'm a brony. I just ignore it, because ponies! However, I don't like the term "coming out". That like trying to put being a fan of a show up there with revealing to ones friends and family that you're homosexual. You can't compare the two, its impossible..and the latter is by far more important than the former. I...

      yeah, you're definitely right about that. i've been laughed at before for liking the show. I too ignore it, since I know deep down this is a great show that's often misunderstood since it was originally meant for little girls. I think it's fine for people to keep quiet about it, but i feel like it's a bit ridiculous to compare it to being in the closet or coming out (even though it makes sense). Seems like we're in agreement for the most part.
