  1. Astra flew away bursting with energy. But in the back if her head, she was scared. She was afraid of the ponies she could lose to battle, good ponies. She knew that every pony would be more than willing to lay their life down for this, but she couldn't help but worry about the chance that she'd never see them again. Astra had a newfound respect for Coppermane and the other faction leaders as she flew determined, albeit warily, to Old Cloudsdale. She spotted the bell tower that was created for warning all the ponies for when things happen. When Astra reached it, she rung it 3 times as loud as she could, the signal for town meeting. When every pony arrived Astra spoke in her clearest and loudest voice, "Citizens of Old Cloudsdale, I have news, both bad and good. Our leader...our friend Brass is gone. I am now the leader of the faction of the sky. I know that you must be saddened, but do not forget all that he wanted: freedom. And that's what we're here to do! A rebellion, a revolution is starting, one that will change all of Equestria! Please, all of you who can, I ask you to join me with the pony Coppermane and help us take down the tyrant Skullcrown! Who's with me?" A cheer rang out almost deafening in volume."I want all ponies who can't fight to stay behind, protect the young and the feeble. Now all who will join me, we travel to edge of Everfree!" Astra flew off and.was followed by at least 100 ponies, both earth pony, unicorns, and pegasi. And so they travelled.
  2. Astra nodded."Right. So what can Old Cloudsdale do to help? I know more than a few ponies willing and ready to jump into the fray."
  3. Astra looked grave at the thought of Coppermane being dead. Seeing as he was safe for the moment, Astra slowly and quietly made her way to a dark corner of the house. The others were busy planning and she was certain that she'd hear the finished product when she got back. Astra slipped silently into an empty room. Trying to be as silent as possible, she did what she thought no leader ever did: she cried her eyes out. Her back lifted up in little quakes and her head shook slightly as she fully comprehended her current situation. After a few minutes, Astra felt much better. She wiped a few stray tears away and snuck back to where Coppermane and company were.
  4. Astra looked around in awe. This was the life she could've had if SkullCrown had never come into power. Her awe subsided and she was momentarily filled with rage then sadness. A new determination was filled inside her. She looked to the royal turned rebel and nodded more out of appreciation the approvement. "Just say the order cheif. I'll do whatever it takes," Astra said strongly.
  5. Astra had taken the news of Brash and his friends in silence just staring at the ground. It seem3d to her that chance had more than one hoof in Astra's fate. She got onto the sky faction by chance in the first place and now she was the leader of the entire faction. Moreover, she probably just lost the only ponies who ever cared for her. With a shaky deep breath and a single shed tear, Astra took notice of Coppermane and company's presence, but remained silent, calculating the situation. "I don't care what you plan on doing," Astra said in a low voice, "but I think that I can speak for the entire sky faction when I say 'I'm in.'" Astra looked to Coppermane with a determined, almost fierce look in her eyes.
  6. Astra flinched a little and closed her eyes tightly when Orrin screeched. Then she resumed what she was doing, quick yet gentle. "Old Cloudsdale....it...its a bit complicated. It's certainly a shadow of its former glort. I'll sometimes find dead or dying of starvation or of sickness." Astra muttered lowly, I know I was." After a moment of appearing deep in thought, Astra shook her head lightly of the memories that flooded back. After continuing addressing the griffin's wounds, she continued her speech."We do what we can." <But sometimes its not enough> Astra added mentally. "I know that we all look out for Old Cloudsdale. You know, help the..." Astra hesitated for a moment. She took a deep breath and resumed."Help the orphans, the elderly. We get supplies, try to fight off royals. Really we just try to help those of Old Cloudsdale. I can't go into detail about what the others do; I'm not completely sure. I'm kind of new to the team." Astra had hoped she didn't look or seem as young as she felt. Brass had only put her on the team out of a time of desperation. She hoped that she had been a good enough edition to stay on. Astra finished with Orrin's wounds and looked him over to make sure she got them all."I believe that my work here is done. I could help you look for Brass or go do something else you need done." Astra smiled bright and determined and stood at the ready, despite her own fatigue.
  7. For a moment, Astra looked concerned. Then her eyes softened and she smiled a gentle smile. She slung off her supply bag and started digging through it for bandages and such."I'm not sure where the others are. They might be planning or scouting for other ponies who could help or looking for food or something else. They should be done with whatever their doing soon." Astra found some bandages and a healing solution. Nervously, she looked to griffin's wicked looking claws. Willful and ready to help as she was, that did not make her any less aware of how quickly the griffin to rip her to shreds if she wasn't careful enough. "Please stay still for a moment; this is going to sting for a while but I promise that it will make you feel much better," Astra said calmly but still with a slightly worried look.
  8. Astra was flying through Old Cloudsdale with a medical supply bag slung across her shoulder. Saddened by what she saw, she looked up and away from her old home. When she looked up, she saw a wounded cyborg griffin calling out to Brass. "I'm not sure where Brass is," Astra said flying slowly to the griffin, "but I'm here." She stood at attention and saluted the griffin. "Astra Nightfluff, nurse, soldier, and general helper of Old Cloudsdale." Eyeing the griffin's wounds, Astra asked concerned, "Is there anything I can do for you?"
  9. Name: Astra Nightfluff Gender: Female Age: 15 Species: pegasus Appearance: (See attachment) Cutie Mark: A pillow Personality: Astra is a very shy pony, but a very friendly one. Though she tends to stay to herself, she can be sociable when talked to. Often, she seems tired, but this is due to her gift with sleep and lullabies and such things. Backstory: Astra is an orphan, the reason being the royal guard, for defending another pony for something, killed her. Most of the details are sketchy at best. Astra never knew her parents at all, but she swore to revenge them as soon as she was old enough. But, as one might tell, she started a little earlier than necessary, but she is certainly passionate about what she does. Group: Rebellion Faction: Soldier (more nurse-type figure than anything else, but she will and can fight well) Other: - Astra does not have good eyesight - Astra is very knowledgeable since she educated herself with what she could

  11. Silverkit gasped and ran excitedly to Sunsetpaw. "How far away is it? Will there be danger? I'm ready for danger," Silverkit said very fast. She then gasped and looked as if she had a great philosophical realization. "It...could...be...an adventure!!!" Silverkit was very excited, now, more than she usually was. She looked to Sunsetpaw, anticipating danger and adventure.
  12. Silverkit stood contemplating on what to do next. On one hand, she could be a good kit and bring Cinderpelt the tansy plant. On another, she could take the chance to explore. She chose to explore. The tansy could wait. She hid the tansy under the root of a nearby tree and padded towards Sunsetpaw, though not next to her. Silverkit got up the nerve to ask her, "Do...would you mind if I came with you?"
  13. Silverkit looked to her paws and lightly scratched the dirt below her. "My...my parents are dead...Cinderpelt is the cat who keeps an eye on me and feeds me. She's almost like my mother. She lets me roam as long as I don't leave clan territory and as long as I return before sunset. But I was heading back though. I found this pretty plant and Cinderpelt likes it when I bring her pretty plants. I think this one is a...tansy? I'm not sure, but Cinderpelt will know!" Silverkit looked happy and bright again, or at least as happy and bright as the shy kit could be. "So, what's the lake like?" Silverkit asked to get off the subject of her parents. She was comfortable talking about her parents with very few cats, and Sunsetpaw, nice as she was, was not one of those cats.
  14. "Well, I know what it feels like to be cooped up. It sometimes feels horrible and I just want to run away and be free and chase butterflies and explore. But...but sometimes...i don't know, I just like the coziness of being inside. Its so warm and comfy," and Silverkit could've gone on and on. She stopped herself, however, because she realized she was talking a lot. Her ears lowered a little but they went back up when she asked Sunsetpaw, "Where's the farthest you've gone in the forest?" More than anything, Silverkit liked to hear stories of places she'd never been.
  15. Silverkit breathed out a sigh of relief when Sunsetpaw said that she could stay. Oh gosh, I thought I was a goner for sure! she thought. "So...umm...what are you doing?" Silverkit asked before crouching to pick up her fallen plants. She stood back up and looked at Sunsetpaw intently.
  16. I could've been happier with the ending of the first ep, but I was given compensation in the second one. I think the first two eps were mainly to introduce you to the characters and all their quirks and schtuffs. I think it was mainly the characters and how much they went together and how funny/nice/*insert other good trait here* they were that had me hooked.
  17. Silverkit walked silently through the forest as she stalked a squirrel. She was just about to scare it off for fun when a bird above chirped and scared the squirrel off instead. Stupid bird, Silverkit thought and she ran off to go collect pretty plants and such for her adoptive mother. Silverkit found a particularly pretty yellow plant when doing this. She was running home so she could get the plants to her as soon as possible, but while doing so she nearly ran into Sunsetpaw. She dropped her plants in fright. Silverkit looked to the plants then to Sunsetpaw then to the plants then to Sunsetpaw again, not quite sure what to do. "I- uhh- I didn't- I- the- uhhhhh...," Silverkit stuttered with her ears flattened, worried about what Sunsetpaw would say.
  18. ( XP I feel like a derp. It's been a while since I read this series, I only remember certain things. I'll go edit schtuffs now, thanks for reminding me!)
  19. Character Name: Silver Brook Character Age: 4 moons Gender: Female Alliance: Thunder clan Rank: Kit! (Tanks you Strong Hooves) Appearance (6 or more sentences): Silverkit is a pure white cat with slight streaks of gray in her pelt, giving her coat a silver moving-water appearance, hence her name. She has gray-silver eyes, also attributing to her name. Silverkit’s feet are often dirty or wet because she spends much of her time outside. She is very small for her age, being about 2/3rds the size of all the other cats. Her tail is long and a bit fluffy. Personality (6 or more sentences): Silverkit is known for being very shy. She would like to be able to talk to other cats, but her natural shyness often stops her. This does not stop her from being nice to everyone, which she is also known for. Besides, many of the things she likes to do require her to be alone. Besides being shy, Silverkit is naturally curious. She often explores tall trees, hidden caves or crevices in rocks (since she is small enough to fit into them). ---Likes (at least 3): The moon, bright plants, climbing trees, bright days, and collecting herbs. --- Dislikes (at least 3): Rain (as it stops her from being able to collect plants), weeds, and speaking to many people ---Strengths (No MORE than 5): Determination, intellect, and speed ---Weaknesses (At least 3): Shyness, physical strength, and stamina History (8 or more sentences): Silverkit’s mother died giving birth to her kit for unknown reasons. Silverkit was the only kit born that survived birth and this in itself was a miracle. Silverkit’s father had died shortly before she was born, drowned in a river by a horrid accident. Silverkit was raised an orphan and lived with the medicine cat of the Thunder Clan. She was not hated or avoided by the community, however, as she is very nice. She started her training in the medical arts not long ago, but she still has much to learn. Silverkit has few close friends though she is acquainted with many cats in the community. Comments (optional): I know some of these are lacking a sentence, I just don’t feel that they need another sentence. Also, Warrior Cats ftw.
