    People, don't freak out. Ajit Pai has to defend it in court where he will likely lose, because that court has ruled in favor of Title 2 twice.

      Denim doesn't know what he's talking about. Broadband investment went up due to nn. Check my posts on it. He hasn't backed up any of his claims. Don't take him seriously. Also, Ajit won't make it through court because he has yet to explain how it won't hurt consumers. If you can't defend your claims in court the ruling won't favor you.
