      It's an issue with the router.

       

      Basically, the router had to be disconnected for a period Tuesday, and when it was reconnected it came back right in the middle of the outages, and this seems to have lodged some corrupt data or something which is preventing me from connecting to the servers at all.

       

      I can play via my mobile hotspot, but I only have so much data

      Did you try contacting support? Blizzard support is quite amazing at what they do. I don't think anyone else has such amazing customer support.
