I originally felt a bit nervous to make my newest video. I thought it'd just be awkward or weird to record it. In reality, I feel a bit relieved to have gotten it off my chest. I'm actually a bit excited to record more episodes

  Some editing will make it more professional if you ask me (cutting out empty parts in the middle of sentences and from the beginning and end when you've started and ended the recording, etc.). You may still keep it unscripted, I'm just suggesting that you do some cutting of "dead air" in order to make it more professional and serious.
