Pinkie Pie seems to be able to manipulate time, space, and anything else, but main characters of videogames tend to be able to find some way to defeat someone or something even at a major disadvantage.

This is assuming you were asking in terms of combat.

Pinkie Pie can still control time and space, which could be exploited in order to annihilate Kirby effortlessly.

I wouldn't bet on Kirby eating Pinkie Pie, and what he would normally have at his disposal might not be enough to make up for the disadvantage he has against Pinkie Pie.

But still, he has a chance to find some way to win.

Pinkie Pie would definitely win in a flat battle, however.
