At least you didn't have to get a huge blood sucking leech off of your neck, when on a Tropical Holiday in Hawaii...

My recommendation: Clean it out with a lot of warm water. Pour on a bit of peroxide, but not a lot; the stuff kills bacteria really well, but can also get healthy skin cells if you're not careful. Be sure to dry it out thoroughly after that. Put some antibiotic ointment on the wound, then cover it with a sterile bandage. However, I'd still get it looked at soon, just in case.

Also, kinda important, what bit you? If it was a cat or dog or something, the above advice is good. If it was a bug or spider, you may want to see how you feel in a bit, in case there was venom.
