Watch Dogs PC patch didn't make the game run better. It made it worse. It also broke the E3 graphics patch unless you repack the patch.

So instead of fixing the game as promised, they actually made it run worse and destroyed the E3 unofficial patch fix just to spite them. Holy Crap, I never realized of just how much Ubisoft hated pc gamers.
