      No, I use it too, but I just really don't like it. The constant reminders for updates and stuff really annoy me.

      Even teh almighty Gaben said it was horrible...

      I personally find that windows 8 is a bit more optimized for gaming than 7, and you can switch the display to desktop mode, along with 3rd party programs that allow you to view everything in normal desktop GUI.
