Of course, games are probably a long way away from being able to run at such needlessly high frame rates, but it'll be amusing if 30 years from now, old farts will be arguing why 600 fps is better than 300, even though there'd really be no perceivable difference at that point.
And I dunno about you guys but I think the difference in smoothness between the overworld and battle in the gen V Pokemon games is pretty noticeable; overworld runs at 30FPS while battles run at 60.
Nah, in 30 years we'll be arguing the difference between 21 thousand frames per millisecond and 42 thousand FPMS, and the difference between 1080p and 1 billion P.
