Apparently he forgot how infamous Halo's game physics are. FPS has nothing to do with that, and the seizure is funny as hell to me.

I both can't tell the difference between frame rates and don't care. Realistically, most human brains can process frame rates as low as 15 fps in such a way that the motion still looks fluid, so...really, 30 more than gets the job done, and I've never experienced a sense of "choppiness" from it.

There are some people out there who cannot handle low frame rates like <30 (and if the frame rate drops when the limit is set to 30, it's gonna go below 24 for who knows how long.) I am one of those people.

There's also the benefit of 60FPS taking half as long to respond to input as 30FPS, with a response time of 16.6ms (as compared to 30FPS' 33.3ms).
