People buy the games, people love the games and the DLCs. It is just the way it is now and it is successful. Just look at Call of Duty, probably quite a controversial series. However, each entry is a huge success.

People might live with it now, but one day they will wake up and realize that this shit ain't right. They will demand better, they will demand more transparency and less lies, they will demand that games be sold complete and not in parts, they will demand that new games are actually unique and not the previous game with a new coat of paint. If not, then welcome to the new video game crash.

Also: Always online DRM and selling games broken on arrival only for the flipping publisher to say "Oh, don't worry about it chaps! It's alright, we'll just work on a patch and everything will be right as rain" AHAHAHAHA NO!!!! When I buy a game I want it to work and play it right away!!
