I had to upgrade from a 1TB to a 2TB drive for games because they were taking up more and more room. But yeah, they should have just released a 1TB one from the start. I mean, 2.5" 1TB drives are... what, $50? It's not like they're that much more expensive than a 500GB one.

a 2tb was like £70 that's over $100

Not talking about 2TB drives. 1TB ones, rather.
