(We all know that Konami fucked up and that MGS is dead after The Phantom Pain, it's been a long and pleasant ride, that ended with a big crash)

Yes of course, maybe he will make his own studio, but isn't MGS owned by Konami? Even if Kojima would claim his creation his legal shenanigans would start, and a single man against a gigantic society isn't a fair fight
