  250 gbs should last you a few years. Unless you buy a yon of games, in which case a few months. I have 1 tb btw

  my 1tb works very well as a media and general stuff storage, as I use my 250 as an OS drive and a smaller 130 as a saves backup drive (only very valuable game saves don wanna lose days worth of borderlands 2)

  But then really you can just format an old drive after you checked it and have lost of memory at your disposal, that's what I did to my 250gb
