If there were ever any doubts...they are no more...Justin Bieber is no more. It's on da news and everything. And is on suspicion of DUI and drag racing in Miami...such hardass...much balls...not in my state.   First smoked pot. Then pissed in a custodian's mop bucket. Then called an average-sized fan of his a "beached whale". Now a DUI, complete with resisting arrest.
