      sure it cut me off.. The new ones are only said to be expected to last tops maybe 4 years. PC's also get mods and tons of freebies from the fans (including full on new titles.. such as DayZ as mentioned above). Consoles get... umm.. $15 for 3 maps.... Hell, I can play games from 1982 on my PC today.. try playing an Atari title on the Xbox sometime.. I've yet to find the slot for the carts here.. :P

      I have an Xbox 360 Elite that was bought when they first released. Keep it clean with compressed air and don't treat it like shit and it will last, mine certainly has.
