      Yeah, I've been trying to cut down but stress with college has actually increased the amount I've been smoking by a hell of a lot. I can feel it affecting my voice and I refuse to develop polyps or even get the big 'C' so I'm stopping smoking and I'm going back to my diet. :D healthy Essy is gonna be healthy.
