I seem to never get into a trance in the first place, I don't know if it's because I keep thinking about what will happen or what, it relaxes me a lot though, I'll keep trying to get into a trance, but if you could, could you give me some advice on how to better get into a trance? Do I need to think the steps in my head for self-hypnosis to take place?
