After two intense days of editing and two weeks of intense procrastinating (I'll have you know that finding episodes of Stargate SG-1 can be hard early season wise), I've finally completed the first part of my disasterpiece, The Nightmare Before Nightmare Night, a parody of The Nightmare Before Nightmare Night I wrote about a year ago. It's now in the form of what I guess you could call Phoenix Wright Style? I dunno. Anyway, here's the description: On a dark day, one may wonder: just what horrors lie beyond the veil of the heavens? What ghastly demons exist that could only spawn in a pony's dreams? What terror!? What blight in the face of all that is good!? What- wait, it's the Mane Six? The Legend of the Titans In the depths of the Everfree Forest, an artifact older than life itself activates, bringing forth five, resting heroes of old. Though they don't remember much, they still remember who they are. Yet in this new land of harmony and minimal crime, will they be able to be able to embrace the chance to finally live normal lives, or will they always be needed to heed the call? Rarity - Not really a hero, per-say, but she'll fix up your costume in a jiff. Maybe she'll figure out a way to shield it from magic, too... decent shot with combat magic when in a tight spot. Badass Normals The Doctor - The current universe's reincarnation of the Doctor. He's the Doctor: Nuff said. Possibly currently deceased. Has inexplicably decent skills with sword-fighting and bo-staffs (the latter of which he prefers) Derpy - Intelligent assistant of the Doctor. Possibly currently trapped in the distant past. Part of the Town Militia. Robin - Do not fuck with him. No matter who you are. Kill him quickly or he will figure out how to take you down. Supernaturals Raven - Rockin' demon gothic snarky Titan of black magic doom. Unicorn (who will eventually learn how to fly) Zecora - The Manifestation of the Everfree Forest's pride. Zebra magic (elemental) is her strong point, as well as hoof-to-hoof combat and alchemy. Pinkie Pie - Nopony knows what the fuck she really is. All that's known is she is fairly harmless. Do not mess with her friends, however. Sorrow - The manifestation of the Everfree Forest's sorrow. Powerful but fairly placid. Changelings Beast Boy - A literal changeling. Feeds off love. He's pretty much the greatest changeling on Trinity when it comes to animorphing.

I think everyone takes them to heart occasionally. It really depends on what is being said and what kind of mood you're in at the moment. However, you can't control what other people to do, but you can control yourself. Try avoiding places where haters dwell. Do more stuff that relaxes you in general. Trust me, it helps. The clearer your mind, the better you'll understand that ultimately other people's opinions, especially people who like to criticize others for what they like and don't like, don't matter one bit. Blowhards stick out like a sour thumb, and most people on the planet won't care that ya like the ponahs. Sure, they may make fun of you, but if they're not serious, it's no biggie. They do this knowing full well you could bust on them for their quirks and they won't care either. Seriously: everyone has their 'weird' habits and quirks. Everyone. Those who say they don't are lying. In fact, it's more normal to be 'weird' these days then it is to be the definition of 'normal'. It's kind of hard not to be in the world we live in. So in conclusion, yeah, it's a cliche, but unless they're busting you in a joking way it usually means they're the type of people who like to put others down when they're down to bolster their own egos, or in a neurotic state of being and think that people liking ponies is the end of the world or some shit (similar to fundamentalist Christians thinking that t3h gayz are going to ruin America... with their butt-fucking... cus... IT'S GAY! AND GOD HATES GAYS! Utter stupidity.) AKA, they're assholes who nobody likes save for other assholes, and friendships based on mutual hate break apart like no tomorrow. (Soviet Union and America for instance.)

Heyo, just going to be a shameless self-promoter and post this thing here . Feel free to join in. The Powder and the Spark What would you do if you lost a loved one? One who has been with you for over a thousand of years: in which a golden link between you two was inevitable to form. And what if this person was taken from you by another? Would you face reality? Would you try to escape it? Break down completely for a hundred years? Or would you want retribution? Princess Luna was the Lord of the Night. A realm of storms and darkness, and her temper matched this. It was this temper that allowed her to be susceptible to Nightmare Moon. It was this temper that sent her into oblivion. And it was this temper that would start the first world war that Equestria would ever face. What started as a small war between the Crystal Empire and the Darkwoods Wolf Confederation will soon escalate when Princess Celestia is seemingly permenantly paralyzed by an unknown assassin. One would say it was inevitable: Equestria would have entered eventually anyway. But what is certain as that all it took to set the world on fire was one instant, one will, one person... And one spark. A scary thought: especially considering that everypony is now ready to leap into the flames. ~ A semi-interactive (risk-based player options) roleplay. Basically, every chapter, players can vote on where Equestria's armies (save for Princess Luna's air flotilla and the mane army), diplomats, archeologists, and spies will go, as well as what to research. There will also be little mini-games that pop up once and a while (multiple-choice on how to get the Griffins to ally Equestria, for example.) This big ole' war map will help keep the 'game' organized (and will be updated quite frequently). The main plot will be somewhat effected by how the 'game' goes, and it will determine how good of an outcome things will be at the end. This is somewhat of an experimental concept, so we'll see how it goes. Read the Author's Notes for more information on this.
