      Change isn't an instant process, its a process, and a long one sometimes.

       

      If your unhappy with how you are and want to change it, you can't expect it instantly, even i fall to this sometimes where i expect instant success, but the truth is this just isn't realistic.

       

      Frankly even though i'm considered a "Nice" person by alot of people i still can be a total jerk to people sometimes, especially when my bad temper is set off.
