      It completely depends on what you mean. With "loosen up" you could mean "completely lose control and do stupid stuff". Or,as how I was meaning it "just open a bit more with the people you feel most comfortable with". It doesn't mean giving up who you are,and it doesn't mean completely put down your "shield",it just means being a bit more open with people,to stay together without "problems" or misconceptions.
