      ewwww how is it still a thing DSL is "modern dial up"....

      I have cable, but it's as slow as normal DSL. -_- Not only that, but the service is so bad, it's SUPPOSED to be the normal average "cable" speed, about 10 - 12 mbps. But it's only at 3. .-.
