Be careful about making LGBT jokes here, because I made one not so long ago and they removed my post.

I have to remind people that I have nothing against their choices. My entire family is almost entirely asexual because of developmental problems that involve an interrupted puberty and I have never taken that against them. But there are people out there who is looking for conflict. Not so long ago I saw a group of men pushing a transgender woman out of car in movement. I don't want to see that kind of humanity.

I saw your beaver video. It was mesmerizing to watch that rodent gnaw at the tree. They are interesting creatures that build ecosystems promoting bio-diversity. But can also cause harm to the environment when their population grows out of control, as it is the case with many other species.

Beavers fall prey to wolves, coyotes and bears among other predators. And otters prey on their offsprings, who are often guarded by an adult. They are also hunted when considered a danger to property, and during certain seasons.

Like all rodents. Their teeth are constantly growing. So, they need to chew in order to keep them at a proper length.

I would certainly offer that beaver a construction hat.

About the straight-edge thing you mentioned. I don't have a clue about how these guys are able to cope without drugs and alcohol. But I would be interested in knowing. I don't drink alcohol or take drugs. But I am a tech junkie. I cannot live without my computer. So, I guess they get hooked onto something else, instead?

No kidding. Every single time you make a thread. It feels like someone wanting to capture the past. Making the questions that people asked back then. Trying to re-live, or more accurately experience a lost opportunity.

Do not worry about the locked thread. It does not make much sense that it was locked. But maybe if you had worded it differently. Like "Do you wish you could have joined the fandom during its golden age?"
