  1. @@Literally Snails, "No ordinary human could have done this, those cameras shouldn't even be noticeable, and the fact that it got on to my private network? Let's see what we have here..." Emile said, looking at the file. "Corrupted? Like that's ever stopped me..." He ran the file through a few programs he made and within a matter of seconds he had the file back to normal, and the camera up-and-running. He played back the footage and made careful notes of what he had seen. Meanwhile, he heard reports from the police comms of a terrorist threat. He decided to leave the "terrorist" threat to the police, but suited up to go check out what he assumed to be a robot that attacked his cameras. As he was walking out the door, he decided to pick up the helmet he had made and take it for a "test run."
  2. BEST Xbox One Controller 2013 Xbox One It fits perfectly in my hands, has a great weight, and just overall feels right. WORST Dual-Shock 4/N64 Controller 2013/1996 PS4/N64 The Dual-Shock 4 slid around in my hands, which has always been a problem with PS controllers for me, but the Dual-Shock 4 just felt awful for some reason. I think it's obvious why anyone would dislike the N64 Controller.
  3. Why do so few people seem to grasp how grammar works?

Because most people don't care :P

  4. Emile had been sitting in his closet, keeping track of his security cameras he placed throughout the city on his array of computer monitors. He lived in a small, one bedroom apartment and really needed the reward money for finding the Maelstrom. So far, his cameras had found nothing. Resting beside him was a grey, metallic helmet with what seemed to be a single eye. It was a prototype he had been working on, and he couldn't wait to test it out.
  5. I was just wondering what everyone's favorite GMod game mode is. Personally, I enjoy Sandbox and Cinema, as they're very fun and relaxing, and can be made even more enjoyable with friends. I also enjoy Prop Hunt a fair amount.
  6. @@Drago Ryder, "I'm done with this ragtag team of loose cannons, myself included. We do not work together as well as we should, and we are going far off track. Neither does it seem that anyone in the group much cares for me. I am going to go find an old friend, a professional in this... Business, shall we say. Best of luck to you in the Dark Elf territory. If there is anything else you would like to say, say it now," Agravain replied. Meanwhile, in the town the scepters had attacked... A stalwart man in heavy plate armor was walking through the ruins of the town he once called home. He recognized some of the damage, a very recognizable "footprint," so to say. "Well, old friend, it seems like our paths may cross again," said the man in a deep, thick Australian accent.
  7. @@Drago Ryder, Agravain was in a state of rage, moving at supersonic speeds when he sensed Gale and Blitz following him. He slowed to a stop and turned around to face them, waiting for them to arrive. He could have been so far ahead of them that they couldn't follow him if he chose so, but he decided to hear what they had to say.
  8. @@Illiad Easle, "You are but a child in a weakened state, and you know not of what you say. I said a dark presence, not an evil presence. I am done with this group, there are too many of us and everyone has been so accepting of our stalkers who attempted to murder us, when I allow one, that I know not to have any evil intent, I am the one who is in the wrong. You all are meant for teamwork it seems. I was meant to work alone, and I shall return to that immediately. Best of luck to you in the Dark Elf territory," Agravain said in a stern voice, his aura changing with his mood, inducing fear and uneasiness in those around. He swapped out his armor for his robes, which started fluttering violently in a nonexistent wind. He then stomped out of the room and up onto the deck. "Heavenly Body Magic, METEOR!" he exclaimed, being enveloped in a golden light, before zooming off from the ship.
  9. @@Illiad Easle, "I wanted to see what she wanted," Agravain said with a smile. "She could have attacked us if she wanted to, but she never did. It was not a malevolent presence, either. Perhaps I am a poor member of the team. This is one of very few times that I have fought alongside and adventured with others. As for the Black Knight, it's fairly obvious he's a scepter. He never removes his armor and he gives off a dark presence, similar to yours." (As darkness does not actually exist, there is no "speed of dark," it is only the speed of light, as the darkness does not move, but the light does.)
  10. @@Illiad Easle, "This 'dark mage', whoever he was, had nothing to do with subduing me. I was merely exhausted. I have been possessed by a god recently, that really takes it out of you. I've also been having visions, which made matters worse. About attacking you, there was no reason to. You're aura was not noticeably off-putting." Agravain said. "As for Rachel... What makes you think I didn't notice her?" he concluded with a smirk. (There's no such thing as the "speed of dark." XD)
  11. JD McPherson, from the Tulsa area in Oklahoma. He was actually my middle school computers teacher.
  12. @@Illiad Easle, "You can't hide from a wizard of my caliber, let alone one with advanced senses to begin with. I can hear the slightest disturbance, see the quickest twitch, and feel the lightest wrinkle. Add in the ability to sense the aura of every element I understand and you have a deadly combination," Agravain said to the shadow.
  13. @@Illiad Easle, Agravain was very invested in his book. It was different for him to be able to read so easily. He'd never even seen this script before the tower, but it came naturally to him. He continued his reading before saying "I know you're there. You don't have to hide."
  14. Agravain never was one for social situations, so he slipped away and headed below deck. To most people it would be impossible to see without prior adjustment to the darkness, but it was nothing to Agravain. He hadn't even realized it was dark. He made his way through the area, stepping over ropes, tarps, and other miscellaneous things before sitting up against a large pile of cloth. It was then that he withdrew some books he grabbed from the tower from his bag of holding and started to read.
  15. @@Drago Ryder, Agravain thought about what had just occurred, and realized he hadn't seen any other sort of spell that would allow a transformation of weaponry, and he hadn't seen a spell that would allow for transformation of armor. 'Maybe there are other artifacts similar to the Changeblade...' he thought. He then considered that the armor didn't transform, but rather the attacker had simply swapped armor within the blink of an eye through the help of some spell. He pushed back these thoughts and approached Blitz. "How's your neck? Was I too slow? Did she cut you at all?" he asked.
  16. @@Drago Ryder, Agravain saw what was going on and started judging the situation. Time seemed to slow in the area as he processed all the information. He knew he was fast, but was he fast enough to save Blitz? He knew it was a risk, but decided he could do it. He was enveloped in a golden aura, dashing towards the woman and grabbing the knifeblade and pulling it away from Blitz' neck, thankful that he had forged gloves as well. With his free hand, he summoned his sword, taking the form of a basic shortsword and pointed it at her face. "Haven't your parents ever told you not to play with fire?"
  17. @, @@Yoshikupo, @@Illiad Easle, @@Child Of Darkness, Looking to the dragon, Agravain said "It's not so much about the focus you put into a spell as much as it is the understanding of what you are doing that creates stronger spells. The more you understand what you are trying to manipulate, the easier it is to do so, and it allows you to manipulate it in different manners. As for your second question, there are stories of ancient dragons who did just such things, though there is no evidence to prove them."
  18. @@Child Of Darkness, @@Yoshikupo, Agravain had been listening to the conversation, and decided to share his knowledge on magic. "Magic is really quite simple to use, it just takes a lot of practice. The ability to use magic requires one to understand the forces at work, be it nature, the gods, or even the stars. Understanding these forces connects one with them, allowing them to channel those forces. It takes a strong mind, and a lot of focus."
  19. Agravain slid off of The Dark Knight's shoulder and hit the ground with a thud. He just so happened to wake up at that moment. He got to his feet and looked around. "How long have I been out? Where are we? Who are these people?" He asked the final question looking at the red-haired man and the kids.

  21. Guy-Man's dream was coming to fruition. He had erected a small log cabin which only had a single room, but he had done so on his own, which made him rather proud. He had started working on his future home, collecting seashells for the floor, making proper blueprints, and leveling the area. While it would be a rather long time before his home was completed, he was already feeling very content, though somewhat empty. He hadn't seen Glider in quite some time, and he had started to worry about her.
  22. @@Illiad Easle, @@Yoshikupo, @@Drago Ryder, @@Reaver, The man looked at the dwarf. "We don't have an exact location, but it's somewhere in this area," he said, unrolling a map and pointing to a jungle in the Congo. He then looked at Jade. "You all have to take the tests, it's policy. You were all notified of your mission. There is no important information being withheld from you." He finally looked to the argonian. "They are combat tests, such as hostage situations, target practice, explosives training, and the like."
