  1. @@Polar Belle, I'm free to help out as well, in case you need an extra hand
  2. Weirdest thing compared to a normal day for me, or a normal day for a normal person?
  3. Hover over their name (above their profile picture) with your cursor, a little box should appear. And then hit the "Send message" button. Also, if you want someone else to interview, I'm free at the moment.
  4. I used to have tons. A whole army of them. Was the only way I could keep my mind from wandering to dark places... I still have a few, to be honest. Occasionally I'll talk to one of my OC's... Sometimes I'll talk to a character from an Anime I've recently watched, or one that I like a lot. Or sometimes I just talk to random creatures 'that I happen to pass by'. Still the only way I know to keep my mind from wandering to dark places. I let that happen once... Didn't turn out great. People got hurt... I need some real friends, though
  5. Okay then! Well, first off, the front legs seem a bit thin for the ponies' body shape. At least, they look thin compared to the rear legs and body. The neck seems a bit thick for the body type as well, but not as big an issue. The ear seems to be a bit small, though depending on the age of the pony, it can be over-looked. Last thing. Don't know if it's the angle that the picture was taken from, but the ponies' legs seem a bit short for that body type. But again, could just be the angle. Granted, it's a rough drawing, and I'm assuming you're just practicing, so no need to worry about trying to perfect the drawing right away. Just practice a bunch more, and you'll get it right! And by 'get it right', I mean you'll find your own unique art style (if you have one, which I'm sure you do, everyone does), and perfect it!
  6. All you need is a pencil! Just learn to control your pressure and stroke size, and you'll perfect your shading!
  7. If you want, I could help with the drawing process. Point out areas that need more/less/thicker/thinner shading and areas that could use a stronger/weaker curve, etc...
  8. The shading is a bit rough in spots, but nothing major! Great work!
  9. Am I allowed to critique this? Nothing majorly negative, just a bit of pointers so you can get better!
  10. To be honest... Neutral/Apathetic. Most of the time I really just don't give a f*ck, unless it affects me in some way (which most things don't). Most political issues are just ignored by me, as are social and corporate issues. The only issues I'm not apathetic toward are personal issues. Actually, most of the time I'm apathetic with those, too. I always try to find a solution to problems in which both parties finish equally. I guess you could call me a little optimistic, but meh.
  11. I have quite a few scars all over my whole body. When I was younger, I'd practice sword fighting A LOT. Started out with bamboo sticks, eventually upgraded to the real deal, and I have the scars to prove I wasn't very good when I started out... lol. Don't worry though, nothing fatal. Though some of them do look gruesome.. Should take some pictures and post them... Where's that damn camera... Oh, and don't worry. I eventually got better at it. Duel me now, though... You'd be the one with the scars... And I have a few surgical scars.... As for conditional scars (scars caused by things such as acne), I don't have any.
  12. Well seing as it's 12:20 (my time), I guess it'd be time to sleep for a normal person. So Imma stay up all night even though I have to be at work in 6 hours... Because f*ck sleep. Only baka's need sleep...

  13. @, Hmm.. That seems to a bit of a tough one... The way the chest piece looks in the images, I see that it's mostly cloth (linen probably, since she's egypt-related), with gold snakes winding from top-to-bottom/bottom-to-top... The gold linen would be easy, it's the snakes that's the complicated bit. I guess if you had enough time and materials, you could buy some aluminum and shape it to how you wanted. Don't know how good your metal-working skills are, but that's how I'd do it. As for the (I'm assuming) crystals on her left shoulder.. Maybe cut and shape some clear plastic? Don't know what exactly that's supposed to be. If you could give me more info, I could give more suggestions. NOTE: Next time you have large photos, put them in a spoiler. Easy way to do it is

    movies/tv Best Anime?

Really? Most people I know started with subs, and stuck with it. The real voice-overs give you an accurate representation of the characters' emotions. At least in my opinion.

Ew, dubs. I can't watch Anime with dubs. I'd rather hear the original voice-overs...

    movies/tv Best Anime?

Dammit! I knew I was missing a big one... I type around 80 words per minute, so it didn't take long. Besides, it's not even a long list. Should see the list of Anime's I've already seen. I think it has around 150 in there...

    movies/tv Best Anime?

I listed 34 different shows. But on Kissanime, there's hundreds...
  19. Depends on who it was. Octavia, Vinyl Scratch, Twilight, Celestia, or Luna? I'd kiss back. Anypony else? I might, but probably wont. In case of Rainbow Dash, I think she'd just kick me in the hay bales if I were to kiss back...

  21. Casual. I have a little pony merch, and occasionally watch the show, but don't really have any brony friends. So meh.
  22. Hmm... Profile sounds/looks interesting enough. Sure!
  23. You're art-style is amazing! Wish I could do sh*t like that!
  24. I had an interview three days ago with this same topic in mind. Want to know how it went? I'll quote a few lines from it (I'm not changing any words around, these are exactly how they were said): Interviewer: Why do you wish to work here? Me: I need the income. Preferably without being taxed out the ass for it, but what can you do... Interviewer: Okay.... Given the circumstances, how would you treat a subject that was intentionally causing a problem in the open, and attracting a lot of attention? Me: If it were someone who were annoying me personally, I'd probably just walk up to them, jab them in the neck, and walk away. But if they're bothering someone else... Oh wait, I'd do the same either way. Jab to the neck. Doesn't hurt them, but incapacitates them instantly. Interviewer: Good. If I were to show you a sky-view picture of an area, and set two points on it, point A being you, and point B being someone whose attracting too much attention, how would you reach them without attracting attention to yourself? Me: *gives most viable answer* Interviewer: There are better ways than this. Me: Obviously you're still in training. Sometimes the most obvious ways are the most subtle. Depends on what the person would be doing, though. Interviewer: ......... Agreed. Final question: If a person were to walk up to you and put a knife to your throat, how would you handle the situation? Me: Grab wrist, twist, disarm, incapacitate. Interviewer: Good! Should probably mention I was applying for a job at a security/bodyguard company (small local one). Don't know if I got the job yet, but I probably did. I answered the questions honestly, but with no care for how the interviewer felt about me. Could think I'm the worst person ever, but if I get the job done, then it doesn't matter. Granted, I'm not applying to some retail corporation, so my situation is a bit different. But I've had interviews in the past with retail corporations and I've always done them the same way. The interviewer could think I'm the worst person ever, but as long as I get the job done, they wont care. Usually I use a different emotion to answer every question, though. Just to throw them off their game.
